CLEMENCEIA “Clem” O’HARA

YFC Mentors Director

Clem O'Hara started working for Rogue Valley Youth for Christ in 1999 and is the YFC Mentors Director. She grew up in Southern California but has lived in Oregon since 1982. She loves the Lord, her husband Dave, her 2 sons: Frankie and Jess also 3 grandchildren: Matteo, Irie and Kaelin very much. She is honored to learn more and to serve God at work.

As the YFC Mentors Director, Clem screens and fingerprints most volunteers, interviewing and matching most HATS mentors, interviewing and introducing students to the HATS Program and other administration duties. She supports church mentoring coordinators and trains the church teams. Clem also sets up and overseas activities. She plans the Mentor/Student Summer Camp. She collaborates with outside agency’s like CASA and DHS to match students with YFC Mentors. She holds fundraisers for the HATS Mentoring Program. Clem is a great team player and loves the connection she has with God all day long at work. Clem also loves the people who come through the ministry into her life. She really loves the heart of the ministry and knowing that what she does makes a difference for the Kingdom of God.

Clem also belongs to the Soroptimist Women helping women. Clem and Dave enjoy riding their tandem bike and golfing. She also loves spending time with family and friends and working out!
