Eagle Point Assistant Area Director

Connor Gwin first moved to Oregon in 2005 due to Hurricane Katrina, that devastated his home state of Mississippi. After he and his family lost their house and most of their belongings, they struggled their way across the country and found themselves in Southern Oregon. Upon landing in the Rogue Valley, one of Connor’s few friends told him of Campus Life.

Ever since that day in second grade, Eagle Point Campus Life has played a major role in his life. Connor attended Eagle Point Campus Life throughout grade school and into high school. Eagle Point Campus Life was a perfect place where Connor felt he actually mattered. This place turned into more than just a youth group for him; it turned into his sanctuary.

As soon as Connor was of age, he went through the necessary steps to become a Volunteer. After he had been volunteering for some time, Connor discovered that the Lord had placed a calling within his heart. Thanks to Campus Life, he will attend college for a Biblical Theology degree in ministry, while working part-time in the ministry he has been called to.
