a question for the last club

Posted on by Martin Corder

As a volunteer for the last three years at the North Medford Youth Center, I have seen the beautiful community that kids can develop at Campus Life.

As a Life Coach for a local homeless youth shelter, I couldn’t pass up the opportunity to invite the kids I work with to become part of this community. Now, Campus Life is the main activity for these kids on Monday nights. At the end of our last club of the year, one of the boys from the shelter said, “I wish I would have known about Campus Life earlier.” Kids need a sense of belonging and community. That’s what Campus Life can offer to a kid in crisis. No one judges these kids for living in a homeless shelter.
You provide a place where kids are welcomed, accepted, and loved at Campus Life. This is a beautiful thing to be a part of… And that’s why I am so thankful.
