shining bright with love

I first heard about Missy when Stu Biegler, our Campus Life Director, asked me if I could use an intern?

I jumped at the chance to have more help. She was 17 with red hair, big smile, outgoing personality and an excitement for what we were doing.  Missy is a hard worker, I could ask her to do anything and it would get done. Her passion and love for the youth and YFC Mentors program was a blessing to us all. Missy loved doing interactive games; It’s where I learned the importance of how we connect with young people when we have fun. We had a great 13 months together. I missed her when she went away to college. But, she graduated and came back to be our North Medford Area Director 8 years ago where she has shined bright in all she’s done.

Soon, Missy will be leaving Rogue Valley YFC again, God is leading her on another journey. We will miss her, but I know she impacted many with her love for God and her love for young people. Bless you, Missy and thank you for sharing your life with us and with so many kids in our valley.
